Our flight cased control rooms wheel into your room or cabin, unfold, click into place and plug in ready to use in under 30 minutes. Simple to setup, we offer a dry hire or setup and breakdown service. Perfect for events where install time is extremely limited.

Internal Phone System

With smart touchscreen phones and a customisable IVR menu for incoming calls, and protected by our resilient internet backup, your entire event team can keep connected with each other, residents and external stakeholders at all times.

Internet Fallover & Backup

We take our primary feed from your site’s internet contractor, but what happens when that connection fails? Or what if you’re on an event with no dedicated IT team?

When the primary internet connection fails, or doesn’t exist, our control room system switches over instantly to its inbuilt Starlink satellite or one of its two 5G modems. It’s triple redundancy ensures seamless connection no matter what site you’re on.

Uninterrupted Power Supply

A generator glitch? A malicious press of the e-stop? Someone’s plugged a heater in and tripped the power? When disconnected from power, our temporary solution will keep your key desks, internet and communications equipment up and running for between 30-150 minutes depending on demand. That gives you time to get power back up without any short term impact to worry about.

Plug and play CCTV

CCTV has traditionally been expensive and complicated to install, requiring a dedicated and onsite IT provider to get everything up and running. Not with us.

Our CCTV kits come pre-configured for your site team to pop up and plug in. Whether attaching to a putlog, the side of a cabin or on one of our tripod stands, your existing team will have cameras setup and working in no-time.

Wide Area Sites

Is your site spread across a huge area? Perhaps it’s a road race over many miles, or an inner city event with several satellite venues? Our control room system can be provided with deployable extension kits which remotely connect back to your control room via a secure connection. This means you can deploy cameras, phones and WiFi in these spaces, as if they were connected directly into your main site.
